We currently provide home care assistance to parts of South Chennai, which include Mylapore, Alwarpet, Saidapet, T Nagar, Adyar, Besant Nagar, Thiruvamaiyur, Nungambakkam and Gopalapuram.
Is Sirina’s work force trustworthy?
Our medical staffs are fully equipped to assist seniors with all kinds of post-hospitalization care. We vet our caregivers carefully. We only employ people that we can vouch for and known to be trustworthy.
Is there any long term option for availing your services?
We offer palliative care for people with long term or terminal illness. We have a number of options available. We offer round the clock care, day or night care alone, nursing care when needed, doctor visits and ambulance services. We offer personalised plans based on your needs.
Can I avail a service just for a few days?
Yes, we do have options for that. We have nursing care, stepdown care and daycare services to help during recovery from illness, surgery or injury. You can avail our services for any time period you require.
Is there a notice period to stop Sirina’s services?
Yes, we would need a 24 hour notice period to stop any of the services that we are providing.
Is the work force trained by qualified personnel?
We ensure that the staff we hire are qualified as we know how important their role is in taking care of the ill or elderly. We constantly update our staff and train them on the latest medical techniques to not only give the best care possible but to also be prepared for any emergency.
Do Assisted Living Services cover Prescription medicines and doctor visits?
No, our Assisted Living Services covers only care services like daycare and nursing care, etc. Prescription medicine and doctor visits will be charged extra.
Are Sirina’s care givers direct employees or contractors?
Our caregivers are all direct employees and not contractors. We only employ well-trained and fully vetted health care nurses.
Can I change my care giver if I am not happy with the service?
We try to provide the best service for all your needs. But, in case you are not satisfied with the caregiver assigned to you, we will provide you with a new one.

Do you provide an ambulance service to transport to hospital if in need?
We offer safe and efficient transportation for the sick and the elderly, all over Chennai. This service is available for hospital transfers during medical emergencies, home drops after hospitalization, transport for hospital-based therapies and for pick up/drop at the Assisted Living Facility (in Chennai).
Should I sign an agreement with Sirina and what is the period?
Yes, there is a consent/agreement to be signed which will have the basic terms and conditions.
Can caregivers accompany the patient outside the home as well?
Our caregivers will accompany patients for hospital visits, physiotherapy and any other kind of medical needs like therapies, consultations etc.
